Shipping

We have worldwide free shipping!

Delivery

When you have got an e-mail that the jewelry is on it´s way, it most often takes 7-10 days before you receive it.

Payment

You can use payment methods as credit/debit card Visa, Mater Card, Maestro and American Express. And via PayPal or direct bank transfer.

Return & Exchange Policy

When replacing a jewelry please e-mail us on the customerservice@shieldmaid.se and we will arrange it. The costs when shipping for replacement of jewelry is on Shieldmaid. Upon return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Purchase on approval is allowed with in 14 days since you received the goods. Exchanges and returns shall be sent back in original condition, also send back the box and a receipt. If the jewelry was bought on sale purchase on approval is not applied. If there should be something wrong with your jewelry contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@shieldmaid.se so we cant send you a new item.

Giftcard/Voucher

If you have a giftcard enter the cod on the card at the payment, and the value of the giftcard is drawn off. The same apply for vouchers.
