Payment

By purchasing any of our products, you agree to our terms of sale. You also stated that you are 18 years old or have parental consent to conduct a buy. All personal information will be handled only by Shieldmaid and will not be shared with third parties. Events outside Shieldsmaids control will be treated as force majeure.

Shipping costs and any other costs will be shown before you pay, ie You can not get any after charges of any kind. Information sent over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

We reserve the right to change the information, price etc. in the web shop without modification.

Shipping

We have free shipping worldwide! From that you received a confirmation e-mail that we sent your item, it most often takes 7-10 business days for your jewelry to get delivered, applies internationally. Within Sweden it takes 1-3 business days.

Payment by credit / debit card Visa, Mater Card, Maestro and American Express. And via PayPal or direct bank transfer.

Exchange & Returns

When replacing a jewelry please e-mail us on the customerservice@shieldmaid.se and we will arrange it. The costs when shipping for replacement of jewelry is on Shieldmaid. Upon return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Purchase on approval is allowed with in 14 days since you received the goods. Exchanges and returns shall be sent back in original condition, also send back the box and a receipt. If the jewelry was bought on sale purchase on approval is not applied. If there should be something wrong with your jewelry contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@shieldmaid.se so we cant send you a new item.

Brand, photos, logos, text and design on this website are owned by Shieldmaid. Images for press may be used freely.

Pricing

Changes in the price of silver on the open market can mean changes in Shieldsmaids price list. All goods will be sent within Sweden and the EU include 25% VAT. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied by your country.

Force Majeure

Shieldmaid disclaims any responsibility in cases of force majeure. This is e.g. in the event that a natural disaster, war, terrorist attacks, government sanctions, strike, embargo or similar events Shieldmaid beyond the control of. For questions: anna@shieldmaid.se
